St. Vital Centre Tenant Awareness Program Campaigns

Increase awareness and sales of targeted retailers, in a way that was both authentic to the brand and effective in the local market.

Because the targeted retailers had locations in other local shopping centres, the solution lay in leveraging the existing St. Vital Centre brand – providing value as a trusted resource through Spark [hyperlink to Spark sample]. Posts structured around each targeted retailer ensured that the focus felt authentic to the Centre’s brand, and the Centre itself felt key to the whole equation. Posts were supported with coinciding digital billboards, social media posts and contests, and in-Centre promotion.

Nearly all featured tenants have experienced a marked increase in sales year-over-year for the period during which they were featured – some as high as 30%. The initial campaign success resulted in creation of an ongoing program, in which tenants regularly reach out to request involvement.
